The scholarship and student loan program is available to students attending accredited institutions of higher learning - colleges, universities or technical schools - on a full-time basis. Institutions of higher learning are typically colleges, universities or technical schools that provide an education beyond a high school diploma.

The scholarship and interest-free student loan funds support students in the community and elsewhere seeking to continue their education at a college level, which will provide many new employment opportunities in the future.

Interest-free loan applications must be submitted by March 1st, and scholarship applications must be submitted by April 1st. The scholarship and interest-free loan applications are reviewed by a knowledgeable awards committee. ALL INFORMATION RECEIVED IS KEPT CONFIDENTIAL.

Interest-free loan recipients are notified by mail the second week in May. The scholarship recipients will be advised of the committee selection at their high school's scholarship award evenings.
